keep losing connection and cant access character sheets

im not sure whats happening but in my game my character sheets apparently do not exist now and i am losing connection to the servers every 5 seconds. im not sure how to fix this but it is making it so i can not play my games or host my game.

thanks for responding so soon but i regret to inform that after checking all 3 options nothing seems to have effected it. i can acces few sheets in my game but others dont exist and i am still having connection issiues witch i dont have a logical answer for as my sheets were working yesterday up till midnight. i am using google chrome and have not altered anything on my pc from the night before. my java is active and i have avg as an anti virus witch is currently running a scan. the only extention i have active is my steam inventory helper that hasnt effected anything before. above i have posted an image of what is sent to me when viewing one of my characters in my friends game.

After AVG finishes scanning, could you try temporarily disabling it alongside Steam Inventory Helper and see if that helps? Furthermore, could you please confirm that you're experiencing the same issues when using Firefox?

well, i have an update, i have gotten a new hard drive put into my computer but for some reason im getting the same errors, i think it may be a thing to do with my account but im really not sure at this point. however i have pinpointed the issue...and it is weird and confusing. to start after my new hard drive it didn't work so i made a new account. this account (once made gm, worked ruling out that my pc is the issue (upon further tests it dosnt work -_-)) i also gave a friend access to my account (broken one) and it worked fine for him and on my mums computer. so the issue is this account on this computer...and i have no idea why. the issue is my pc has been completely wiped so i have no answer for whats wrong with it. (hard drive was cos my old one broke not because of this )

another update. all i did was delete one character sheet i didnt want to use anymore and its working fine now but upon re entering it is broken again and i deleted some more things in case i had to much but it is completely broken i think and i really dont want to lose what i have. and i did try firefox, also didnt work ;_;

well, i have some weird news, it loaded up and it had the same issue, upon waiting for a few minutes it loaded up and everything seems fine. im really not sure what the issue is anymore ;_;

Are you able to reproduce this issue in a fresh Game?

yes i can, it happens in all of my friends games and in the copy of my game i made. this also happens in the fresh game my friend made.

Does it also happen in a fresh Game that you created? If so, could you please provide the steps required for you to reproduce the issue with a fresh Character, as well as a fresh Console Log from Firefox? Thank you.

the issue seems to solve it self if i leave the game open for a few minutes so i think i solved it. all i do is make a new game and make a character and the error occurs. i think its loading incredibly slow which is what is causing this issue. and as for the firefox console, ive never used it before and im not sure if thats the issue. currently ive got it working and have been testing some things and it seems to work if i give it time
