[LFG] Experienced Player seeking regular D&D 5e, Shadowrun, or Vampire: The Masquerade group

Hey there, My name is Charlie, and I'm a long time D&D/tabletop player looking for a regular group to play with.  I always get stuck being the Dungeon Master with my friends and I'm ready to play a character for once.  I am a patient player, an articulate storyteller, and I value a great plot and strong roleplaying above all.  I'm willing to accept almost any limitation that might be put on my by the DM, and I would happily play almost any race/class/background, so long as I can give the character an interesting personality and story. I'm looking for a group of highly literate, slightly older (25 years+) gamers who are well versed in fantasy, just like me.  I would really like to join a good D&D or Shadowrun game, but I have had an itch for some Vampire the Masquerade as well.  Please let me know if you are interested in having me join your group!  Thanks for you consideration! Best, Charlie Chopshop
I'm waiting on a Victorian-era Vampire The Masquerade game is in the works by a GM with a good deal of experience. If you're interested in the era and able to join games within Eastern European time zones, I'd be happy to mention you! Alternatively, I am taking my first steps as a GM/Storyteller myself and have been doing a weekly game for a trio of newbies to teach them the game. I may be interested in starting a second group for more experienced players in order to hone my skills as a GM from feedback from experienced players. If you'd be willing to put up with a GM still finding her 'voice', who is kind of rubbish with numbers but is more interested in the story and character interactions than arbitrating every tiny little roll needed, I'd be happy to invite you to a game if I start something. I prefer plots with mystery and investigation and strong roleplaying elements.
Although i am not running a DND or Shadowrun campaign, my post-apocalyptic campaign plays very similar to DND 3/3.5. In fact i am using the DMD 3.5 character sheet with only small changes. With a single exception (for now) all characters are Human. the Exception is that i am allowing one PC to play as a Half-Elf or Half-Drow Druid. We play on Sundays 7PM EDT ( 9PM MDT).
