[LFP] Any interest in 5e game weekdays? 18+

Thinking of running a homebrew 5e game during the day around 12pm PST.  Adult players only. Not because of any over the top reasons, but because this will be time I'm able to get a break from my own kids, and I don't want to deal with gaming with one. Playing for over 30 years, DM for over 20. I like stories woven over time in longer campaigns. Groups that enjoy playing together and look forward to playing. I like to keep focused sessions, and not stray too much. ------ The Lands of Keasalor have begun to develop an uneasy feel. Deep in your bones you can feel something changing. You've heard rumors of the lands of the four Kings running amok. The four kings, brothers all, held onto the four lands of Keasalor. Each immortal sibling ruling from their mighty thrones. While mortals in their fleeting lives are allowed to live their lives as they wish beneath the lords of the lands, the kings rule the very lands themselves. The kings rarely meddle in the matters of mortals choosing instead to craft the lands under their control into works of glorious art over the millennia. Sarric, king of the lands to the south east, is wild and an elemental tempest. His moods leaning to create wind swept lands of sand dunes and dry flats. From the floating hills of Elwara, to the windy fjords on the coast, the lands of Sarric are as full of beautiful wind swept horizons as they are harsh and deadly lands. Ronan, king of the lands to the north east, is stoic and strong. His demeanor firm and unyielding. His lands rose into the mighty mountain ranges. The mighty mountains rise like monuments in the sky. Packed with precious rocks and gems, the mighty peaks and valleys are perfect for mining for riches and precious stones. Trakkus, king of the south west is secretive and quiet. His lands are gentle, damp, and wet. With large areas covered in fog, the lands themselves keep their secrets in the shadows and swamps. The swamps manage to maintain a darkened haze even on the brightest of days. Wetlands abound easily blending together to create giant mazes of lush swamps and jungles. Eladarus, king of the northwest, is the keeper of wonders. His lands are full of forests and rolling green hills. Huge trees reach into the sky while soft rolling hills of swaying grass continue out as far as the eye can see. Magic permeates the land granting a soft shimmer to the very air. Gentle rivers, and glorious waterfalls abound with lakes of crystal clear waters. No one had heard or seen anything of the immortal kings for many years until an Elf messenger bursts through the door of the inn where you are currently enjoying your meal. Wearing the emblem of Eladarus the elf looks around with panic in his eyes. Holding what looks like a branch, or a wand, he moves it around the room until it appears to pull him to you. As it stops inches from your face, the elf looks you in the eye and between gasps tells you. "I have a message for you, and trust me... You're going to want to hear it." ----------------- The campaign would start with a quick adventure to get a feel for if the group has good chemistry or is a good fit. After that a lengthy campaign would begin that I would like to run once, maybe twice a week during the daytime. Currently thinking Tuesdays and Thursdays 12pm PST I can't give you a Rollplay % vs Roleplay % because the adventures will lend themselves to where the story may lead. We may have a lot of combat one session, and little to none in the next, and I need players comfortable with both. Discord for voice, and be prepared for details. Ammo, rations, money, these are going to need to be managed, so if you don't like that level of detail, you have been warned.
I'd be interested! I've been playing DnD, namely 5e, for just about a year now, and I've been looking for a campaign to join! I should be free for summer until college starts up, although Tuesdays my schedule's wonky from about 12-1. I'm 18, hopefully that isn't too young. PM me if interested!
Hey Anthony I would be iterested to play with you. I played D&D for a bit more than 2 years now. Im 23 years old and from germany, if you play during the day around 12pm PST as you stated that is not an issue with me. What do you need to know about me as a player? Im a huge fan of RP, that is probably why Im a hobby play-actor :) In combat I tend to be the support but I really play anything. Best regards Michael
Hey Anthony My names Finn im 20 years old and live in the UK i have been playing D&D for about 3-4 months now i enjoy a mix of combat and rp  PM me if you need to know more

Hello there Ant, I am Definitely  the person with the least amount of experience in DnD in this forum thread, But so far; I have gotten the hang of it and I REALLY enjoy it! Just call me Ray. I am 19 years old in America at CST, Which means I have to join in at 2 PM. I got a character set up in my vault but since the game will be in limited access; Ill just copy it onto a new character sheet if thats cool with you. PM me so we can talk about stuff and things :V
Howdy! I'm a relatively new player, so I'd need occasional prodding with things like combat specifics. That being said, I'm willing to roll with any punches and I'm happy dealing with anything from puzzles to combat slogs. I'm more of a goofy player, but I wouldn't break into that in case of a serious moment. I like the idea of exploring the distinct biomes of the kings, so I'd be on board with focused sessions.  22, located in the midwest, free every Tuesday and Thursday. Hope to hear from ya.
Very interested in this, I work an odd schedule but 12pm PST is around the time I would be coming home on day shifts and a few hours before leaving for night shifts, which have been rarer for me lately anyway. Have lots of experience with D&D and enjoy 5e in particular! I have one question though, when you say "Discord for voice" do you mean the entire game will be played over Discord and by voice, or would be just be using it for coordination and stuff? I find groups that use text for the RP of their game to work better so it's easier to re-read through bits.
Howdy! I'm Thomas. I'm 27 years old and have been playing/DMing 5e for about 2 years now. You're game sounds really interesting and I'd love a chance to play and learn more about your world. I could play Tuesdays around 12 PST but not on Thursdays. If you decide to only do tuesdays or don't mind a player only playing one day of the week I'd love to join.
This sounds great it fits right into my schedule so id love to be apart of it. I only got into playing d&d a few weeks ago playing a few one shots and they have been fun but they didnt really give me chance to grow these characters that i created. So the idea of a campaign like this sounds perfect
I'd be interested, if you're looking for a Wizard or Battle Master.
