LFP's Weekly D&D Thursday's at 11:00am Pacific Time

I still need three or four more players to create a party for a Thursday campaign. We already have a Wizard so there are still many classes open. Also I'm allowing any and all races & classes found in official Wizards of the Coast products. If you are looking for a game that values role playing over simple hack and slash then this is the game for you. In the homebrewed world of mine exists the continent of Noctia. Here the land is covered in endless night and undead are since as friends and townsfolk rather than monsters. Our tale begins in a small farming hamlet of Phyligros. This village lies at the edge of a Wyldwood Forest. Within this forest the mists of Noctia are not able pass. Here under the pale green glow of phosphorescent branches lives a community of mainly Awakened and Half-Orcs.
I'm interested. I would like to play as a Cleric if that's an option.

This sounds fun! let me know if there's a spot open!
3.5v or 5v ???
If you can stand a real noob, (have played 2 sessions of 5e irl) with a South African accent, (I think 11am pst translates to 8pm sast) I'd love to join! looking to create my gnomish barbarian if possible?
I would love to join as well. I am in GMT+2 zone (your 11AM is 8PM for me), and I am available on Thursday evenings. I have around 15 years of experience playing D&D (3.5, 4th and 5th editions). I'm fine with playing any class, especially if I haven't played it yet since I have a lot of fun creating and testing new characters. So far I have played a rogue (3.5 ed), shaman (4th ed) and warlock, barbarian and paladin (5th ed) and I currently DM a game on Mondays on Roll20. As for my personality, I have a great sense of humor (perhaps a bit on the dark side :) ), I'm not a rule lawyer (My favorite quote from Pirates of the Carribean: "It's not so much a rule as it is a guideline". I think that sums up D&D nicely) and I will not whine if my character gets killed. Unless it's my own fault, in which case I will pout and curse myself... on the inside... while making a new character. Even if you do not end up considering me to join your game, I hope you have great fun with your players. Kind regards, Greg
