Problem updating my subscription [current issue]

I had an account plus purchased for me from a player. I want to run a session tonight and it just ran out. I used paypal to make some credit. First message was that it didn't work and to try again or try support. I tried again. I have credit. I click the option I want, and click 'pay for this with credit' Says there is an error and to try again or contact support Support hasn't responded. Game starts in 25 minutes. I have no dynamic lighting!
