I'm GMing a game and we were using a card deck last game. Well I don't need it anymore and yet I can't seem to get rid of it. I can't hide it, delete it, anything. I just want it gone

I just want it gone FYI: Roll20 provides a standard deck of "traditional" playing cards that you cannot delete from the Collection|Decks from the sidebar. Are you having issues removing a deck from the vtt?

Are you having issues removing a deck from the vtt? If vtt is the "board" then yes. They're hoving above my icon and I can't get them to hide. I tried right clicking on them but that just moves where they're located compared to my icon
I tried it but it didn't work. I did manage to drag each card onto the VTT and delete it manually. I then "stole" all the cards from the other player and did the same thing. The hide button did nothing.
You were referring to cards already in hands, it sounds like. In the future you could hover over the deck of cards (see Vince's image), but select Recall instead of Hide. That will take all the cards from all the hands and recall them to the deck. You could then hide the deck as Vince points out.
No matter what I did, hover, click, right click, I wasn't getting any sort of options at all, other than moving the card location around the avatar. But yes, they were handed out to me and another player

Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Additionally, if you like, I can have a look into your game and see if the problem persists. I just need to know the game you have the card deck set up in. Thank you!
Since I did manage to find a way around it I can't really troubleshoot anymore. But if I do run into the problem again I'll make sure to do the steps above
