In general if people throw up a name of a system it is pretty easy, imo, to look up the game by the name. Start on DriveThruRPG for the name of the system and then perhaps a few google searches on what it is and what it does. Dungeon World, for example, is the "D&D" of the Powered by the Apocalypse Engine system. IIRC one of the more "complicated" ones of PbtA. I say complicated with quotation marks because if you learn one system the rules are so light that you can probably master any of the other games in the engine like a snap. Dungeon World being "complicated" could also just be my personal view and only because so many open source classes have been made for it compared to original Apocalypse World. Exalted is high fantasy d10 system, and that's just scratching the surface. Go look for different games like All Flesh Must Be Eaten, Warhammer, Paranoia, FATE/FAE, Savage Worlds, Seventh Sea, and the like. There are so many different rpgs that just saying you don't want a D&D system is a very basic start. Narrowing it down to what you want will be easier for potential DMs/STs/MCs/Whatever the system calls the game runner.
