Transfer complete ownership of a game?

How do I transfer complete ownership of a game to another user? That user will be premium and we'd all like those features to be in that game. Is there a way to do this?
Even just copying a game from one player to another would solve the issue.

You can promote someone to "Co-GM", but you cannot completely transfer a game from one player to another. Co-gm does have some limitations; More info on the wiki: Creator
Can a co-GM copy a game? Because the literature you linked implies yes but this is simply not working.

I don't think a co-gm can copy.

A game creator will have ALL the game options, while a co-gm has a rather limited selection. Example; the game on the left is one I co-gm, while the game on the right is a game I created.
Bummer. I'll figure out another way. Thank you.

It's done this way to prevent copyright infringement.
Well the Co-GM can go into the game and copy/paste everything over to his new game, but that is tedious and prone to errors.

I don't think you can copy and paste graphic elements from another person's library across (differently-owned) games, except tokens through the character vault.
Thanks for all the replies guys. I found a workaround that will suit my players and I. Happy roleplaying. :)
