Can't upload this image

Every time I try to upload this image: http://i.imgur.com/fvFsRP5.jpg roll20 seizes up on me. The grid and image of whatever part of my game I'm in turns totally grey as well as any other pages I go to; the only way to see maps, tokens, etc is to completely close out of my roll20 tab, open a new tab, and try again. I've tried uploading from my laptop and from imgur and neither works; the bar just sits there, dead as a doorknob, until I give up. If I wait long enough, it crashes firefox entirely! I managed to upload it to imgur on the first try, so clearly it's not the image itself. I'm running Windows 10, Firefox 49.0.2, and if anyone wants to use that image for their game they can, provided they figure out how to actually use it as a map.

Have you used all of your Storage Quota on Roll20? Check here: https://app.roll20.net/account/ If you have space, maybe edit the image in an image editor like GIMP or Photoshop, slice it into 4 smaller tiles, upload them into Roll20, and then reassemble them on the map layer.
A good thought but no! 64MB / 100MB and the image is only like 9MB. I could try slicing it up in Paint.net but I would like to see if there's an option that doesn't involve further butchering of the image; I see that as a sort of last resort. It was originally 11000x9000px and I only cut it down because roll20 has a panic attack over anything 100x100 squares. Thanks though!
Ah, as a free user, you are limited to 5MB per image, so you will need to slice it up or distill it down further.

Man it would be so cool if they could actually tell me this when I try to upload instead of making firefox seize up and die while having the upload bar just lay there like a rotting fish carcass on the beach, aka a problem I have had before with images that are at max 100kb. Guess I'll just have to get creative with paint.net and hope I don't fuck it up too badly. Thanks everyone.
