Player Needed - D&D 5e Homebrew

We are looking to add another member to our party of four for weekly games every Sunday at 2pm EST. We are a rules-flexible and long-term campaign focused on character growth/development, and role-playing, with many opportunities for exploration and battling tough foes. Currently, our party is good aligned and currently consists of a stalwart Half-Orc Barbarian/Fighter, an eccentric Wood Elf Druid, A frighteningly talented Deep Gnome Bard, and a gentle stone Golem Paladin. Players with any level of experience are welcome to our party. As individuals the players are welcoming, friendly, and easy-going. If you are interested in joining there are things we require: 1. Avaliablity and punculity with regard to the game time. 2. A discord account, we conduct the campaign over voice chat and Roll20 3. A brief summary about you and why you think you would be a good fit for the party 4. If we like your post we may reach out over roll20 and ask to interview you over discord. Priority is given to those who respond to the PMs first, so keep an eye out! I'm a friend of liet's and have been keeping track of the campaign through her, and know a handful of the other players as well from previous things. I enjoy character development and rping, and love long-term stories and campaigns. I've been a member of a long-term story and character campaign that has been put on hiatus, so i've been very interested in getting my feet in another one! hello, my name is Bart. I'm 24 years old and new to role playing in D&D so I think it's best if you assume i'm a 100% newby, although I have watched some D&D streams giving me a basic understanding of the game. I have also done some purely text based RP's in the past on forums such as RoleplayersGuild (If that matters at all). I don't know whether i would be a good fit for the party because i don't really know any of you. I am however very interested in story focused RP, have no problem whatsoever with voice chat and am willing to meet new people. Because I've never played D&D before I also don't currently own any of the books neither do I know how necessary that is considering allot of information has been written down on wiki's and the like, if it is necessary to own the books to properly play the game however i'm down to buying them. Hey there, I'm a veteran player of DND and tabletop in general. My weekly group switched to FFG Star Wars some months ago, and I find myself missing the 5e setting. I first rolled a d20 when I was 10, and have played in several short- and long-term campaigns since, both in person and over Roll20, so I've learned how to feel out the tone and find my place in a group. I'm hoping to use some UA material, my main idea being a changeling mystic/rogue, though I have a handful of other character ideas that would fit well with the established party (some sort of mystic remaining my ideal choice).  I enjoyed seeing you mention roleplay and character development as focuses of the game, as that is what I typically enjoy the most in any campaign, and especially for the character I have in mind. A Changeling Mystic who was stolen at birth and raised in a hidden temple by a senile master, they would be stepping out into an unknown world as a person unknown even to themselves, and have to figure out their place as the campaign unfolds. In any case, I love sinking into the setting and living in that world for a time, whoever I end up being. I'm in EST (EDT now) and have my Sundays wide open, have a good headset and lots of experience with Discord. I hope to hear from you, and even more that you'll think I'll make a good addition to your world
