accidently added API 5e sheet as api script and now I can's delete it. I also tried using the Roll20 Shaped Character Sheet Companion Script to import monster stat blocks and it asks for a character sheet version which is NOT on roll 20 the shaped one 11.50

There should be a red Delete Script button in the API settings. Just make sure that you first select the script by click on it's name along the top. There is also a disable script button if you do not want to remove the script, but just don't want it to be active in the campaign.
