This is a strange issue that popped up recently and I am totally lost. Since Nov 2016, no issue with the camera at all. Last night  7/1/2017, in Chrome the camera seemed to be running at 1/3 frame rate and it was shifted to the right such that the left 1/2 of the feed was just a black box.  Camera was unplugged/replugged and Chrome cache cleared without any change. Fire up Firefox with roll20 and the camera is running full frame rate and properly centered. Fire up the Logitech gaming software, camera is displaying full frames and properly centered. I have no idea at all what could be occurring.  I didn't change any settings that I am aware of and the chrome issue still persists 24 hrs later.
