Looking or 4-6 players to run the Darkening of Mirkwood campaign for The One Ring RPG, New Player friendly. This campaign begins five year after the Battle of Five Armies and spans for over 30 years and [likely] several generations of heroes. The following Cultures are permitted without restriction: Bardings, Beornings, Dwarves of the Grey Mountains, Dwarves of the Iron Hills, Dwarves of the Lonely Mountain, Elves of Lorien, Elves of Mirkwood, Men of the Lake, Wayward Elves of Mirkwook, Wild Hobbits of the Vale of Anduin, and Woodmen of Wilderland. Dunlendings, Dwarves of the Blue Mountains, Hobbits of the Shire, Men of Bree, Men of Minas Tirith, and Riders of Rohan are permitted if the player can give a satisfactory explanation for why they are adventuring in the Wilderland. High Elves of Rivendell and Rangers of the North will be off limits due to the alternate rules which they utilize. First session will be focused on character creation and I am planning on using the randomized backgrounds. I am available to GM any time between 3pm and 10pm MST (no daylight savings where I live), Monday though Thursday. I can also GM Sunday but the starting time would have to be pushed back about 2 hours (so 5pm to 10pm MST).
If you do every other Monday or any Thursdays I could be involved and would be interested.
I'm good with once every other week.
Looking for 1-3 more players. Thursdays at 5pm MST (GMT -7).
I'd be interested in joining. A few questions though will a Microphone be required? Also are new tabletop players welcome to join?
New tabletop players are welcome. While I would prefer you use a mic, it's not going to be mandatory. As long as you can hear me and the other players it should be good.
I would love to play this and have the original slipcovers and the revised edition of One Ring.  I can make Thusdays at 5 PM.
