Can I pull the NPC Sheets from the Compendium for my Wild Shapes Myself?

New Campaign and this is my first time using Roll20 that I will be playing a Druid with Wild Shape. Can I pull the NPC beast sheets from the Compendium myself so my DM doesn't have to do it for me?
While you can look up any of the SRD beast shapes from the compendium, in order to create a character sheet, which is what happens when you drag from the compendium, you must have GM control, or access to the API for the same purpose. If the GM has already created character sheets for the beast shapes and has given you access to these character sheets, you can then drag the character sheet to the map and be able to create/control the token for the character.

I believe if your GM is a Pro user, they can set their campaign for All Access. You could then create your wild shapes in your own free campaign and import them as needed. I think this would work. Somebody with more experience will probably be along shortly to correct me. :)
As keithcurtis says, if your Game has the All Access Vault , you can use your Character Vault to transfer Characters from one of your own Games to the Game in question.
