In the 5E Monster Manual, it says the Giant Toad's bite does "(1d10 + 2) piercing damage plus 5 (1d10) poison damage", but in the OGL compendium there is no poison damage listed. Was this damage removed or is this just an error in the OGL?
Edit: This appears to be an error that occurs when the Giant Toad OGL entry is dragged/dropped into an NPC sheet...it incorrectly auto-fills the 'On Hit 2' section with 'escape DC 13' instead of '1d10 poison', thus it never shows the poison when the attack is clicked unless you manually correct it.
