So one or two players out of each of my various groups (there are three groups, in a shared universe) have had to drop due to jobs switching hours on them, families going into meltdown, or other reasons. It's time to cast the net and see who is willing to fill the spots. :) I've got about five or so spots open over the three groups. The game is 3.5 edition, though it's been heavily, heavily modified and homebrewed. I use the 3.5 SRD for most things. * Low Magic. Highest spell level is 4. 5 if a human. Clerics are buffed depending on deity (deities still being very much a work in progress) while arcane casters are somewhat nerfed. Permenant magic is a gift from the gods for sure. * Eight races are available (human, two anthropomorphic animal, one elf/satyr cross, dwarf, arctic lizard man, merman, and four-armed squirrel-taur) so there's a little something for everyone. * No psionics, period. * Half RP, half lighthearted, depending on which group is joined. * The **Hissy Fit** (named since half the party are lizardmen) works in the harsh arctic wastes and just pissed a sept of Garou off after messing up a hunt for polar bears. Probably the most RP-ish and clear-thinking of the group. * The **Ragtags** are dealing with the taste of wet gnoll fur in their mouths, trying to stop Mother Scrapebones from destroying a city known as Icicle's Point. Semi-climatic mass melee within two sessions if things continue at this rate. Probably the most light-hearted since the serious ones had to drop for varying reasons. The party also just lost their Firbolg tank due to a session of utter trash rolls. * The **Flaming Cheese** just recollected a man's marbles, literally. He hated losing his marbles... A middle ground of RP and lightheart. * The games are 2 PM-ish Eastern US time on the weekends, or 9 PM Thursday nights to about 1 AM-ish. Schedules might shift if I decide to bring the Hissy Fit and Flaming Cheese together as a single group in the middle of August.
