Hey folks! My name is Joey, a long standing DM of my own life, but also this site. I am in search for about 4-5 players to do a one shot intro into the 5e campaign Storm Kings Thunder Which takes players from 1-11 or 13 depending. I am more than willing to do a full campaign with players, but, there is something you must know before you reply: 1. I work a pretty high maintenance job that has a shift rotation, so if I was to look at a long term game, players must be willing to change the dates we play consistently to fit my work schedule, while I realize this sounds selfish, it would be the only feasible way for me to run a game. I typically get my schedules monthly, meaning I know what I work for a whole month, which helps with planning. 2. I will be rusty on the rules and perhaps a little slow of certain deliberation, but I am a DM of over 12 years and have had an itch to run a game again, but I would like to do a One-shot before diving into anything long of grandiose. However, If I find the group enjoyable and everyone can work out a schedule to get together on a timely basis, I would love to run this setting fully. 3. As far as my style of DMing goes, I am pretty relaxed on most things, but I am very RP heavy with combat scene as more of a consequence or an unavoidable action. So, if you are thinking about applying that is something that you may want or may not want. That is all I have for a spiel on here.
