[LFG] Got an open night, looking for a campaign to fill it with.

Hello, A game ended and now I am left with a spot open in my evening entertainment section, one I am looking to fill. I have some experience with DnD5e and Blades in the Dark, but am willing to learn new systems, all I need is the location of reading material on the system. My availability is CEST evenings after 19:00 (that is GMT +2). I play a variety of games, love books, fantasy ones most of all (think Mistborn or Riftwar). I am closing in on closing off my 3rd decade on this planet, a sad ending it will be. I have lots to learn on the RP side of gaming, as I play more of the 'god-mode' games out there, but am willing to learn. I am an open minded person, acceptive of different life views of others. I seek a game where the world is partly driven by the GM and party driven by what the players (want to) do. I seek a game that lasts longer and where the players actions affect what happens in the world. Think about players kill NPC XYZ and his/her family/ the law will come for retribution if discovered. A long game for me is more then just the 3/4 hours a session that is spend on it. Some related talk between sessions is often as much fun as the sessions themselves for me. And as you might see from the above text, I am terrible at writing naretively. Skills to be learned I guess. Hope to see some reactions so I can join a campaign soon. (I am available this saturday 15/07 as well!) Dr. Geeves I cure stupidity, not the flu. My discord: Dr.Geeves#1446
reply to avoid the 2nd page. I see there are many views, but one 1 PM as reaction. Still hopefull for a game.
No game, no shame. Still looking for a game.
Talked to some people in this forum. Might have a friday/weekend game going, but I have room for a weekday evening game (mon-thursday)(GMT+2). Pitch me your game, I will read up on it and let you know if I am interested to give it a run.
my DND 5e campaign just got filled, but I have an easy going RPG that is quite fun to play. It's not a very complicated one, it's called laser and feelings. I'm waiting to get more people to decide time. I've adapted it so that the game lasts longer (name may sound stupid, but it's very fun) https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/2415407/lasers-and-feelings
Hi Josh, I am getting a "Not Authorized" when clicking the link.
I have no idea why that happens, try looking up lasers and feelings in the join game
Sounds like you'd be interested in the game I am starting up: https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/83477/the-witch... Based on the Witcher, heavy focus on story and consequences that go beyond just what the players do in each session. Players can also have a much more profound impact on what goes on than in your average D&D game and things of that sort. Take a look. Might be what you're after.

ok, thanks
@Fairemont, I am afraid that my Sundays are already taken. Other then that, it looks like an interesting game. I hope you and your party have hours upon hours of fun there.

The game doesn't have a set date. Its a 'Living World' game as people on Roll20 call them. Essentially, it plays on an irregular schedule when people are available. Saturdays/Sundays are just the best advertising days for me. Therefore, if you have an open night, the game will work for you if you are interested, since you would just participate that night.

For clarity it looks much more like a "West Marches" style than a "Living" style system. They are different things and it is worth noting that the assumptions between the two will cause some people who might be looking for a living system to be surprised if it is more West Marches style.

Perhaps I do not know the difference, then. I understand the definition of a West Marches game, which would definitely apply. If what I think a living system is is true, then I might be using elements of both.
