I'm in a group with two other DMs (including myself) and we're seeking another DM. We're planning to rotate DM duties and avoid the "always the bridesmaid, never the bride" situation that DMs sometimes find themselves in. The Group We're not heavily combat focused, but do enjoy combat when it happens. The main things were after is experience and a 'yes, and' attitude to RPing (in mission and around town).
