I use this command as gm, and its vievs like clear text without nick etc, but then i use russian letters, all time see this error

Before starting playing here i check all wiki and try all commands from there and adopt with rus language, abilities, macroses and all commands works perfectly with using russian letters and names of characters

All what start with russian letter, i need ti use 1-st english letter and then without problem folloving with russian letters, this command fail if inly 1-st letter russian just Copy "Привет мир" and try use this in command. And i just found next interesting thing
