{5e homebrew (magicpunk-ish setting)} {est} looking for experienced players to round out a game

i'm looking for 1 or 2 players to add to a 7-9pm thursday, 5-9pm sunday est campaign. i run a 5e homebrew campaign with a lot of magicpunk influence as flavor, with the main difference being there are crystal magic "batteries" that can be used as spell slots. i have a great group of 3 guys and 1 girl, but they're all new to role playing and i'd like someone more experienced to be a good example. they're good at taking their character into account, but the agency isn't there. I think if they have a person to lead the way into more agency it'll be a great help in the group.
