Drag and drop repeating sections does not work with "Use window popouts for characters"

Detailed Description of the Problem When the "Use window popouts for characters" settings option is ticked under the "My Settings" section within the game, you are unable to reorder repeating sections via drag and drop functionality. What character sheet are you using?

I first discovered this bug on my own custom sheet, but I have also been able to replicate this using Stephen Lindberg's "Pathfinder (Simple)" sheet as well.

Can confirm this is true on both my Hero Kids sheet and AD&D 2E sheet using Firefox.

Lots of drag and drop features do not work when sheets and handouts are popped out in their own browser windows.

I'm pretty sure the devs had said that the drag and drop features don't work on popped out sheets.
