Subscription ended prematurely

Hello, I had an issue with my card being charged twice and still not getting a subscription about two weeks ago. Miles helped me, refunding half and restarting my sub, however he predicted that my sub may end prematurely and if so to contact him. Last night, 12 days later, I was randomly reverted to free. I sent Miles an email and have yet to receive a response, im trying to work on a future session so hopefully if someone sees this I need help getting my sub restarted please. Thank you.
