Cannot access items through the "Premium Assets" tab.

I feel like I must be the biggest noob in the whole world for this issue, but it seems like my Premium tab doesn't work. I know for certain that I have purchased art packs and have the drop down menu set to "Everything" but I can't seem to expand the *Marketplace Purchases* file.  Which is annoying because it means downloading the art pack to reupload it to My Art and access it that way. What could I possibly be doing wrong?

Just to eliminate the basics lets run the through troubleshooting steps first: Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
Did all three steps, problem persists. In fact I recreated the problem on a fresh install of Firefox (as I only ever have Chrome). Basically what I am seeing is I tab over to "Premium Assets" set the search parameters to "Everything" and click on "Marketplace Purchases" and nothing happens, no pop up window, no changing from the + to a - and showing my purchases. It's like I didn't click on it, but that's literally the only thing in the game/browser/etc that doesn't react to mouse clicks. I feel like the answer must be staring me in the face. But I'm not seeing it.

A more tech savvy friend informed me that my Flash seemed to be a file mismatch and wasn't working properly. You can close this, something seems to have fixed it.  Thank you.
