5E OGL - Longrest not working

For some of my players, using !longrest outputs the log "No character by that name found." Except, there totally is a character of that name--it's the same name on the "Character Name" part of the sheet and the name of the character item in the journal. Any idea why it's not working correctly?

What is the difference in the names between the characters that it does work for and the ones it doesn't. I seem to recall that the script for longrest really hates names with special characters like ().

There's no difference--none of them have any special characters, just regular letters. ETA: Turns out there were spaces at the end of some character names. Oops!
