[LFG] Player Looking To Join Online D&D 5e Group

Hello all... My name is Dan Taylor and I'm hoping to find an online group to play Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition . I am currently the DM for the DAD DND podcast ( <a href="http://daddnd.com" rel="nofollow">http://daddnd.com</a> ) and I'm itching to participate as a player -- not only to scratch that itch, but to improve my DMing as well. I have over 40+ years of role-playing game experience with many different rpgs, but D&D is what I started with way back in the day, I'm looking to play some 5e. As much as I'd like to find a local group to play with (Orange County, CA) I'm thinking that an online game may be more feasible. So, if you're looking for a new player to join the group with plenty of experience, but a little green when it comes to 5e, I might be your guy. EDIT: Should probably state my availability... Monday, Tuesday, Thursday nights after 8:00 PM Pacific. Fridays & Saturdays after 6:00 PM Pacific. Sundays are pretty open. Thanks, Dan

Hi Dan, I'm not starting a full campaign, but I'm running a D&D 5E one-shot on Friday nights (8pm CDT/6 pm PST) if you might be interested. Would love to have you if it sounds like a fit. As an aside, I just moved out of San Diego (to Wisconsin). I love Roll20 for keeping in touch with old gaming friends. I'm an OSR DM, running this game while I have time off over the summer. At any rate, my one-shot is "Lost Mine of Phandelver" / Friday 8pm CDT, and I have 3 spots left open. Scott
