Is it possible to have a track from the sound effect automatically play when a specific macro is used? I know you can set one to play when a certain map is opened. Just wondering if you can do the same for macros.

Not with macros, but there are API (A Pro Subscriber Perk) scripts that can trigger on all sorts of events, including macro commands.
