[LFP] DM LOOKING FOR PLAYERS FOR HOMEBREW CAMPAIGN

Hey, me and two friends have been looking to play for a while, we keep starting but it always ends badly in a few sessions because we all prefer to be players and the story just falls apart fast. all of us are est, im 19, one is 17,the other is 18. we all have skype, discord, twitch teamspeak even hangouts, so were able to use whatever works best, and we've been using roll 20 for quite some time, im the most experienced having played 3rd, 3.5, and 5th edition before, the others have only played 3.5, we've done a lot of homebrew stuff but we can play anything as long as we have someone to keep our heads on straight and give us a good story.ive personally done mainly magic based charachters, though i have done a sci-fi campaign which was really fun using tech to simulate magic, (energy vampires are fun to play) but the other two have been a variety of stuff, paladins, tanks, fighters, geomancers you name it.&nbsp;

Hello, I would be interested in joining, but unfortunately, which is usually going to be a problem with everyone, a rotating work schedule.&nbsp; So there will be at least one saturday a month where i would be unable to make it.&nbsp; If that works for you, then Id be happy to be here every other saturday.&nbsp; I have a few somewhat different character ideas, and I do not min max, but go for flavor and fun.&nbsp; I have discord.

Hi Giantdad! I have been trying to find a 5e campaign in that plays on the weekends, Hopefully you're still looking for players! This is my post here if it would interest you! I'd love to join. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I've been a fan of the game for a long time and never knew of this wonderful site that would finally allow me to join a campaign. After a few friends invited me to play in their pathfinder campaign our DM unfortunately had to step down because of scheduling issues. I had so much fun playing and I would love to continue to do so. So first let me start of by listing what I'm looking for: - 5th Edition only (After going over some of the rules, I feel I would enjoy 5e much more than pathfinder) - 18+ - I am 25 and don't fit well with children. My language is not the most proper and I don't want to have to tip toe around scenarios due to children being present. - No One off's - I am looking for a long campaign, I would love to play this game for a long time and I don't with to jump from group to group creating new characters all the time. I would like to become heavily invested in my character. - Helpful GM - I have never played 5e and only 2 sessions of pathfinder so I am still fairly new so I know its going to take time for me to completely understand all the rules. So I would need some creating my character sheet and other things along this line. - Weekend play - My schedule during the week is not very regular and can fluctuate a bit. I'm available on the weekend all day (With obvious rare exceptions like holidays and family events) It is POSSIBLE for me to play during the week, NO earlier that 9 EST though again that can vary so it cannot be expected to be very reliable. - Voice Communication Discord/teamspeak ect.- I would like to have serious and engaging interactions with my fellow adventurers! Not much else to be said about that. So with all that out of the way let me introduce you to my character Trimac Banesword Race: Tiefling Class: Paladin Age: Late 50's (still young for a tiefling) Alignment: Lawful Good Trimac life was created in chaos. His mother Altisha was a slave to the demons of the Abyss. She was tortured brutalized and raped by her captors all her life. Still young before turning the age of 16 she noticed her was beginning to change and her stomach and begun to grow. Only because what her fellow captives had told her did she know she had become pregnant. Over time as her body changed more and more and grew larger and larger, she had planned an escape. Not for herself, but for her child. Her master, a demon by the name Banesword, had watched over her carefully as they waited for her child to come. When the day had finally come she had given birth to a young boy. But he was different, still pale as a human as she was, the same small splotches of black hair as her own. Though horns where sprouting from his head, a small tail hung from his lower back. She clearly saw the heritage of the demon who had forced himself on her showing on her child's face. Though she did not despise the child for his appearance. Her master had ordered her to care for the child and named him Trimac. He kept her under the guard of one of his lackies at all times. Never was she alone to make her attempt to flee with her child. she bided her time as the boy continued to grow, she knew she had to get him out soon before he was old enough to be influenced by his father. And finally the day had come when another demon had come to make an attempt to kill Banesword, all his guards called to his aid Altisha finally took her chance to flee. She took him to the Blood Portal, she had seen it many times. Slaves having their bodies cut open spilling blood on the altar to open a portal, always opening to different places. She placed Trimac on the platform where the portal would appear. She approached the altar and thought long and hard about places her fellow captives told her about. Cathedrals to the gods, enemies to the fiends that held them. And one came to the forefront of her mind, one she had heard so much about Bahamut. As she closed her eyes preparing to do anything for her child she felt a warmth she had never felt before reassuring her. She plunged the Altars dagger into her chest just as her guard came barreling twoard them. And in a blink as her vision began to blur she watched Trimac disappear as the portal closed, guard shouting as her mind fades.
