There isn't really a good way to do either or those, but here are my suggestions for workarounds. For the crit on 19-20, you need to have the NPC always roll advantage. Then you can modify the attribute rtype to be {{always=1}} {{r2=[[1d20>19 Unfortunately this means that you will only be able to use the second roll result (r2) rather than the first roll result (r1) and if the npc actually has advantage/disadvantage you will have to roll twice and use the proper result. For the additional damage on a crit, you can use the action's On Hit 2 field, either as the additional damage or the total damage on the crit. However it would limit you to only being able to use 1 damage field per attack as the second field would need to be reserved for crits.
