Chuckles age 17 Druid Tiefling Attar Awad Attar lived with his mother and father for the first 15 year of his life until his demonic blood compelled him to attack his family to protect them he went into a life of seclusion even learned to work druidic magic trying to find enlightenment to control his bloodthirsty thoughts. Now he looks to find a magic item to help him with his anger. This would be my first game but i'm an familiar with the rules and have read the players handbook. All the other games iv'e tried to join have been full but would love to get into my Character.
Damn im working during these hours else id love to play
I have been out of the game for many years, but I'm looking to return, with a patient and friendly group. I would consider myself a newbie, only for the finer details of any RPG. (encumbrance, special ability/attack systems) I am comfortable with most other d20 systems. I am looking to get into D&D 5th ed. I am avail Monday's as suggested. I am in Louisiana (CT time zone). My character idea: https://www.dndbeyond.com/profile/FriendsOfWumpus/... Kosmir A variant Human Ranger (class can be flexible) Kosmir is a noble. His father is a King (or other high ranking person with substantial influence and prestige in their region). Kosmir is a shrewd, highly perceptive and highly persuasive noble. His power rests in his ability to negotiate, persuade, even con his way to his interests and his father's good name and fortune. He speaks a couple of special languages, Goblin and Dwarvish. The languages come from his "kingdom" resides in a Mountainous region, often dealing with Goblins and Dwarves. Due to his abilities and dealings, has had numerous encounters with both, sometimes forging great, lenghtly business relationships, sometimes not. His cunning with new encounters gives him an edge, not revealing his ability to speak either fluently. His successes have made him rich, but not complacent. He strives and longs for more testing and forging of new encounters or the next big mission to fine tune his "diplomatic dealings" with others around the known world and beyond. I've expanded his possible Ranger skills to include abilities with animals. This can be dropped since a Ranger is already in the group. I would likely lean toward Paladin, to keep with the persuasion and stature. I would prefer to keep him more proficient in light to medium gear, although his prestige and noble position can have him know how to use heavy armor for his advantage (much less proficiency than light or medium) If a spot is still avail, I can reach out tomorrow after 6pm CST to see if I could be a fit.
Name : Ívan Bjarni Jónsson Age : 25 Character Idea : most interested in playing a bard, wizard or barbarian. I usually end up as human but I'd be open to any suggestion to fit the current events(and location) of the story. I have been playing 5e for the past 2 years, both as a DM and a player. I have never played at roll20 before, or online for that matter, my group always play at a table. I have played most of LMoP and just took over DM-ing it. It's an inexperienced group, and a guy wanted to try to DM but didn't like it, that's why I took over. That's the only experience I have with forgotten realms, but I am willing to read up on it as needed. Mostly I have just played homebrew content, currently playing rise of the runelords (pathfinder, converted to 5e) with my other group, but we only play like every other week or so. I have played some one shots as well in pathfinder. I am always free on monday nights and I live in Iceland so it's just a one hour difference from BST (and none during the winters). I'd love to have a chat and see if I'd be a good fit for the group.
Finally something in my timezone Name : Ning Age : 27 Character Idea : I don't know what you are looking for so. First character idea, is a barb, half-orc. raised by wolves, alignment CN, but slightly toward CE, depend on what the group dynamic is. Second Character idea, a Paladin, Dragonborn, LG, a bit naive youngster, believes he can change the world and he sees good in everyone and everything (even when there is none). I am currently the DM of my group, we are doing irl the lost mines, additionally I DM regularly homebrew 1shots for local gamehouse. Moreover I live in the Netherlands so Euro time is not a problem, I can do Monday nights. As player, I love mixed Role play and Combat sessions. While role playing I tend to give all my character a little flair just to make them distinguishable form one and another. I might make stupid mistakes during combat from time to time, because.... I don't know.. we all make mistakes right... right?. And uh, I don't know whether I am funny or not, I recall somebody once said "any man who must say 'I am the king', is no true king'' not sure if it applies here. However I do think I am passionate enough to show up sessions and yell at the most inappropriate moment "Leeroyyyyy-Jenkins".
We are now looking for 2 players to make this party a 6 possibly a spellcater
