Nothing displaying on Roll 20.

So anything placed previously or i try to place is no longer visible to me. But my friends can see everything that was there before. As you can see in the picture there's supposed to be a map displayed, but it's only white grids.

Did you recently update or add plugins or extensions? Usually one of those things causes the problems.

I haven't added anything or updated in roughly a month.

Well the mods usually ask for the info from here <a href="http://supportdetails.com/" rel="nofollow">http://supportdetails.com/</a> . They just don't want or need the IP address so post everything but the IP Address here in the thread. Do you know how to get your console log open? They usually ask for a copy of that also.

i got this problem yesterday while trying to play in my frineds campaign. i made a new account and the problem continued. i followed the steps posted by Gauss twice with no affect. the problem has continued today when trying to make my own campaign.

I had this same problem last night when starting off my own campaign. I cleared the cache and closed the browser, then tried again and the problem was solved. This afternoon the same thing happened but the solution isn't working.

I am currently trying to run a game and my player cannot see the screen at all. He's tried resetting his modem along with clearing his cache and its simply not working. This has happened to me twice now. The first time was when i had a 504 error server time out and the second time roll20 said something about the game timing out so it reloaded and the map was white. Both times i was in <a href="https://app.roll20.net/editor/setcampaign/258651" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/editor/setcampaign/258651</a> but all my campaigns were effected. Both firefox, which is what i was playing on when both of the problems happened, and chrome are effected by this.

I am unable to view anything that I have uploaded for it. I was able to view the stuff I outloaded for my outbreak campain but now iam unable to see that also. I have checked adobe and java and ever other peice of software on my end and nothing seems out of place. A player xandim in my campain is having the same issue but other players are not. I dont seem to be able to view any image uploaded to roll20 or any of the tokens please help.

Gravel X, just to check, could you try the steps that Gauss posted farther up the thread? 1) Log out of Roll20 entirely. 2) Clear your browsers cache. 3) Log back into Roll20 4) Log into your game. If that doesn't work, please follow Riley's advice and check the console log and post any errors here.

thinking it may have somthing to do on my end with somthing on my pc blocking, I have uninstalled avg altogether and tryed putting all protection down to zero. however it has not fixed my issue at all. PS iam not sure exactly when this problem began becuase i have not tryed logging in since just before christmas but I assume the new update is the issue. when I first logged after coming back i could jump into my campain without any issues. then i swapped from my outbreak campain to my warhammer fantasy campain and it did an update to it, since then i havet had any images, also it was then that I went back to outbreak campain and that to is now having the same problems.

My friend xandim is having the exact same issue has me also. but the other 4 players in my campain are not.

Gravel , could you supply your entire console? I know you supplied the errors but anything may help.

ok sorry about that, in the consoul there are 2 red errors that first come up when I load any campain. i'll just copy and pase them here, after that when I swap to any page in that campain it brings up a buncch of image errors like the one I have already posted above, I hope this helps. - ps sorry for the wall of text anyone els reading this.
