Allow to off Grid Snapping while using grid, both map wide or token wide

Well, for now if I set the Grid off on a map then nothing automatically snaps the token to a specific grid. But if I see if the grids it automatically snaps... all the times. I know that I can bend this by alt-drag, but I think that it would be better if I can set the option off for a map or a token, so I can move the tokens flexible while able to see the grid. With this option it is possible to put the multiple tokens on a large grid as well.

Try right-clicking on your Token or Map and choose "Is Drawing". Then that graphic should ignore grid snapping. Wiki docs for this, https://wiki.roll20.net/Manipulating_Graphics#As_D... If that doesn't work to solve your suggestion, please post again.
It works, but it removes the circles that modify Bar 1~3 and edit token, as well as adding markers. It means that I can only use the token as the terrain feature or some sort, but can't use it as the full chracter token well.

That helps clarify the differences offered by your Suggestion. It is a valid suggestion. I think the current method for this is the "Alt" key as mentioned in your first post, and I can see why your idea is to make this a one-click setting per graphic object.
