Hi DM’s!
A friend and I are looking for a new or newish 5e long term
campaign (preferably home brew) to immerse ourselves in! We are dedicated role
players and prefer roll playing over hack and slash, but that’s not to say we
don’t enjoy an awesome dungeon crawl! When we agree to be at a game we show up 9 out of 10 times
and if we can't make it, we will make an effort to let everyone know as far in
advance as possible. We are looking for a weekly game that’s scheduled for
Saturday or Sunday EST, with constant players who have "some" cohesiveness.
We like a serious play style over lighthearted, with a
leaning towards grim shades of grey characters instead of single dimensional
good heroes. We try to play characters that “feel” real, instead of a general
heroic archetype. Characters that “fit” into the setting are important. Each
character should have a chance to shine but one player with an over tweaked
character, built to overshadow everyone else is not enjoyable.
The things we don’t enjoy and are pretty much a deal breaker
would be things like meta- gaming, rules lawyering, railroading, pvp.
But most of all we are looking to have a fun time, lots of
laughs and a great experience!
If you're interested in talking to us, please let us know,
and we can set up a conversation via discord. It's always best to interview
prospective players and game masters to make sure that we are compatible before
actually playing. It works out better in the long run.
Thanks for your time and consideration! :) KEEP ROLLIN!
