Camera and Microfone don´t work

Hello, I´m new to roll20 and we want to start our first session on thursday. Everything works fine so far, except the chat via Video.  It seems, that roll20 doesn´t recognize our cameras and webcams. No pop up appeared and there is no little camera symbol in the corner or so. We allowed Mic and Camera for the page via Chrome manually and we set the chat options to Video and Audio. Chat tech is also correct on WebRTC. But nothing happens. My friend has at least a mute button (but he can´t hear or talk either). We don´t want to use Skype or so, because we like the idea to have the whole thing on one screen. Can someone help me? Do you need more informations? I would really appreciate some help :) Greetings Stephan PS: sorry for any language mistakes, not a native speaker Edit: some clarifications Edit 2: Ok, i did some more troubleshooting without any success. I tested another WebRTC Application and it ran totaly fine. I really think the problem is, that roll20 doesn´t recognize my camera and microphone. Not in Firefox, not in Chrome and not on my Laptop nor my PC. I really need your help.

Hey Stephan. If you haven't already, I highly recommend going through the  troubleshooting steps on the wiki. 
Hi, thanks for your advice. I did the troubleshooting, deleted the cache, set the settings correctly (I believe), did the testing with a WebRTC App (and it worked). So I´m out of ideas. I´m still thinking the problem ist, that roll20 didn´t find my camera and my mic. The strange thing is, that the problem exists on 2 devices.

That's very strange. It sounds like you're trying all of this with a friend, but just to clarify, is there another person in the game with you? The roll20 video/voice doesn't activate if you are the only person in the game. I know that there are some issues with the interaction between chrome and logitech cameras, but you should be able to use your mic. I'm sure a dev will stop by soon with some more useful advice. In the meantime, I recommend adding  this information to this thread to help speed up the process. Good luck!
THANK YOU!!! That was the problem. I tested it with a friend and it didn´t work. After that i was testing it alone. I joined myself with my Laptop and it is now working. Thank you again :)
