Pathfinder Character Sheet Class Features

I am setting up a Rogue and I am inputting my class features. I see these drop downs for "Level Basis", "Range", and "Attack and Damage". How do these sections work and what would I use them for? Can someone explain it and give me an example or two? Thanks!

The "Level Basis", "Range", and "Attack and Damage" sub-sections primarily apply to spell-like abilities(spell-casters and monsters), not sure they would be needed for a Rogue.  You can ignore these fields if they aren't needed for your particular ability.  example; a Cleric could add the ability "Channel Energy".
