Looking For 4-5 Players For A 5e D&D Game At Saturday September 09 7:30PM CDT

This Dungeons And Dragons campaign takes place mostly in a desert, in a Homebrew setting of mine. Sessions will be biweekly, and each session will last for about 2 1/2 hours. We'll use Roll20's voice chat options to speak. Anybody who wants to play in this campaign should make a third level character that must be able to cast at least one spell. Before the 1st session we'll have a Session 0 on this Thursday from 4-5 CDT. Going to the session 0 isn't mandatory, but if can't make it to session 0, I could send you setting details. I will also expect you to make characters before Session 1. During Session 0 I'll tell you about the setting, my style as a DM, and it'll give you all a chance to make your characters.  If this sounds interesting to you, feel free to comment below. Maybe even also including the type of character you'd like to play, how much experience you've had with D&D, and if you'll be able to show up to Session 0. If you do that, I'll probably send you a link to the game :)! Thank you for reading this.
I am new but maybe you can teach me how to play on this site, I started playing last year with my group of friends, I mainly tried my hand at DM and actually got surprisingly good at it, mainly even the storytelling part and making up said stories. I used my own worlds and have made 2 thus far, but I've been lacking playing DnD for a while now and was hoping to get back into the feel of it, seeing how I'm moving away I came to this site to renew my vigor for this fun and fantastic game. I plan on playing a Crusader-Like Cleric, maining in on tanking, healing, and support. I do have a character layout in mind and I think the Crusader-Esq feel would fit into the desert appeal, seeing as the Crusades took place in a Desert-Like place. I base my characters off of realistic arms and armor, going on historically based appeals. If you would be willing to help me and be patient in my blunders then i'd love to join you in this.
ok , but i'm not feeling the desert setting sorry my fall back character does not fit into a desert
That's fine, honestly I don't like the desert either I just hope to be a cleric because they're a really good fit for me with both many buffs, healing, and tanking.

Not the entirety of the game will take place in the desert though, it'll just start there, and could possibly focus on it.
Can't wait to start :)
