dynamic light

Hello How do I remove a dynamic light line  without removing all the lines already drawn? (To be able to remove a line once a door open for example?)

There is an api script (pro feature) that allows cutting the lines, I think. Otherwise you have to draw door lines separate when you are drawing your dynamic ligting lines.
You can only remove entire line objects, not parts of a line. There are scripts that could do that for you, but that requires a pro subscription. Easiest way to get around this is not draw over the doors of rooms when setting up DL. Once the overall area is finished, then go back through and DL the doors in a separate color (I like bright red compared to my bright green walls). That way you can easily tell where the door is and can also easily select the DL of the door to remove.
I am in "plus'' subscription  So I can not do anything? Apart from putting fog behind the doors as long as they are closed. I do not want to use script, but just be able to real-time delete DL from the door at the moment the players opens it, is it possible?
I think what they're saying is that it is possible, but you have to draw the doors separately from the walls.  Usually it's a best practice to draw the doors in a different color from the walls, so it's easy to tell them apart.  Then you just move (or delete) the door line when the PCs open it.

Yes it is possible, but you need to plan and set your dynamic lighting up that way to make it possible. You cannot do it after you have already set up your DL objects, without a script. Best practice is to make your DL objects in smaller, separate chunks, and always make doors separate pieces. Then during play, you can switch quickly to the DL layer, and either remove or move the line that indicates the door.
it's possible in ''plus'' subscription ? or only in pro subscriptioN ?
Yes in "plus" if the door is a separate DL line. Yes in "pro" if the door is not a separate DL line.
Here is a good video showing how to set up your DL. Note the handles on the doors, that makes it much easier to move them during play.
ok, it's work , thanks for answers :)
