[Custom Sheet] Specfic numbers for critical success and failure?

So a friend and who are both Pro accounts have decided to modify the non-API Dark Heresy 2.0 sheets to suit another, similar fan made d100 series for the Elder Scrolls settings. Instead of 1 being a critical success and 100 being a critical fail (it's a "lower rolls are better" system as well), upon creation of their characters and rolling of stats they end up with a number of "Lucky" and 'Unlucky" numbers, how many of each depending on their luck stat. Lucky numbers when rolled are always critical successes, and vice-versa Unlucky numbers are critical fails. What I wanna know is it possible to using sheet HTML to be able to add a section to add these numbers to, lucky and unlucky both into the sheet, and have it automatically mark them green or red in roll macros when those specific numbers come up? My friend and I are very new to making our own sheets, even if we are just "hacking" one to suit our needs. Any help or other feedback would be appericated.

If you use Roll Templates you could possibly do what you're talking about.  Roll Templates can evaluate the value of the roll and, using CSS, can make that roll highlighted in some manner.
