-only played one D&D game before (we didn't use the book, he made up his own rules for battle and such) -that game was story intensive with no thought for characters or relationships -I would like a game that had a good story and good character development and relationship forming -I did watch Critical Roll for a time and I liked how he focused on characters and stories and building relationships not just between PCs but also with their NPCS (like the shop guy) -so I guess I would say I like homebrew games rather than using the book campaigns -I do like sci fi but also fantasy, I'm not really a big magic user but I don't mind it myself -I like danger, but it really felt in my last group like the DM was trying to kill us every single day, did not find that pleasant. He wanted us to feel weak and helpless and like the world was out to get us and it wasn't fun. -I did like that it wasn't roll heavy, like there wasn't a big long list of rules I had to learn in order to attack I just rolled and it either succeeded or failed so wouldn't mind something like that. -also, would like a game that meets on Sunday, I'm in GMT-05:00 Central Daylight Time but wouldn't mind playing with those in (IST) or (BST) so I could have my game in the morning and still have my sunday evening's free for family time. Thanks for your consideration
