Can I make a fork of Character Sheet?

I want to translate DnD 4e Character Sheet into Russian. Also, to add some chat templates and maybe make some other changes. It's mostly for me and my friends, but I'm okay with sharing the result with community. So, I need to know: 1) Is it even possible to create your own Character Sheet? I saw some entries in the Wiki, but I can't find any buttons on the site to start. 2) Is it legal to make forks of other people Character Sheets?

Custom character sheets require a "Pro Account" to use. If you decide to subscribe you can learn about how to create one  here and you can find existing character sheets to fork  here

You cannot fork a sheet to translate it. You need to use the  internationalization integrated into Roll20 . To translate the sheet, you'd need to add the HTML "data-i18n=[unique-key]" attribute to every element that has text in it that you want translated. Use the information on the wiki to find out to modify and submit the update to the character sheet. Once you understand how everything works, I figure it shouldn't take that long. All sheets use the MIT license, so you are free to modify and use them as you wish! If you don't want to do the work required to add all the attributes, set up the JSON files, you can always translate it in the code and use that with a Custom Sheet (requires Pro subscription to add it to the campaign though).
