5th Edition Shaped - Endless Loading

As per the title I have a player in my game that whenever he opens up his character sheet that was just freshly made he will get a endless loading screen consisting of the following. Now every time he tries loading any character I make for him or give him access to, it will never stop updating the sheet for him. We have run it for approx. 4 hrs and nothing has ever changed. Any idea's why it might be doing this?

You could try going to the attributes tab and fiddling with the sheet_processing_complete attribute. I think that is the one that prompts the shet to try and reprocess/rebuild itself. Not 100% on that though.

sheet_processing_complete is correct. You should be able to just click "close". I've never seen a report of such an issue. Try what KiltedVaper suggested.

Nothing seemed to work. I asked what browser and it turns out Microsoft Edge causes that error. I made him use Chrome / Firefox and it works fine on both.

Edge is not supported by roll20. It will not work in many regards.
