Light Source angles and visablity

Not sure if anybody else is having this problem, But if I have a Pc token that has a bullseye lantern that uses a 45 degree light source they can only see in that 45 degree angle despite having a sight radius of 360. It also ignores all other characters lights at the point. Go back to 360 light and it's fine.

Are there any other light sources besides the Bullseye lantern?
As Gauss is getting at, there are two things required for a token/player to "see": there must be a light source visible, and the light source must be within the viewable line of sight of the token (if Line of Sight is enabled). So if there is only the one light source that's a 45-degree lantern, even with 360-degree vision you would only see things illuminated by that light. If on the other hand there are other light sources such as torches or lanterns that fall within the vision, they should see it, and if they're not let us know, it's a bug.
Yup two other pc's with sight and 30 ft light sources with the everybody sees tab clicked don't register. But they do soon as I change it back to 360 light sorce. Ive used the "see through token" to confirm what the other player is experiencing

It appears that when using the Angle element of "Emits Light" in combination with Line of Sight there is a strange interaction. Settings: Light for the Center token is set to 30/15 and 45 degrees. The other 4 tokens are set to 40/20 and 360degrees. All tokens have "All Players See Light" and "Has Sight" checkmarked. Has Sight angle is the default 360degrees for all tokens. The page has Dynamic Lighting and Line of Sight checkmarked. There is nothing drawn on the Dynamic Lighting layer. Result: If the center token's distance changes the blacked out area becomes larger or smaller accordingly. I have filed a bug report.
