Can't see maps on my tablet

I'm a master that is starting to use now this app, because I moved far away from my team mates but we want to keep playing. i've got a pc and a tablet. No problem with the first, too many with the second. The app on android crashes every second, but ok, i can handle it. The thing is: why i can't see any map or token on my tablet? I mean, most of my players have tablets, and this was the best solution i've found to keep playing... I don't care if i have to use my pc to be a DM. I just want that they can see what is going on during a game... i'm pretty sure that others had my same problem, but i didn't find anything (i'm travelling and it's really hard to search without my pc) thank you
I Have seen the same as well I'm looking into itmyself I think it has to do with the APP developmet and what stage they are in now but if I see anything I will letcha know

The tablet app does not include the map. This was a design choice the devs made when they created it. It was intended as a supplemental interface, not a replacement.  The Plus and Pro Subscription levels have a feature called tablet support, where the in-browser tabletop has a touch interface. Any Plus or Pro subscriber has those features when they attach to anyone's game, and if the game creator is a Plus or Pro subscriber, all the players in their game have access to it the tgat game.

Alright, so the best solution is to ask them to meet each other, use a Shared-Account that I've created for them from a laptop so they can move their PCs and then use a tablet each to hold their sheets and roll dice all at the same time (if we need to). thanks guys I hope they are gonna do something about this, but it's not a big deal at the moment

That sounds like the best possible way of doing it without bumping up to a subscription account.
Honestly, I'm starting these days to use the app. I would like to understand how it works before paying any subscription that may be useless (I mean, if you build the best wizard of the world and then you give that PC to a monkey or a dog, you have good chance to waste a good PC... right now I could be the monkey of this exemple 😂😂)
