For at least the last week, I've been unable to change the color of pages in my campaigns. When I edit "Page Settings" and click on the "Background" box the color picker window pops up, but it pops up BEHIND the page settings dialogue. If I move the page settings box to the side, I can see the color picker, but when I click on the color picker, it immediately closes. I recently upgraded to Mentor status, and noticed the problem shortly thereafter, so maybe it's an issue with the Dev server? A search of the forums shows that some folks had a very similar problem back in June.
