Pathfinder Hard Mode

Nobody's going to save you, so pick yourself up and fight! I am checking for interest in a challenging game. Most likely time would be Mondays at 8pm central standard. The challenge will begin at character generation. We will use the 'classic' ability score generation rule. Roll 3d6 6 times. Starting wealth will be the average for your class. If you miss a game your character is 'guarding the rear' as in not able to join in combat or anything else. That way they won't die without you, but also won't gain exp. If you die, you can make a new character, at level 1 with 0xp. You can choose any race/class as long as its from a Paizo published book. We will use the fast advancement chart for leveling up. I will strive to make challenging scenarios and encounters. I won't fudge the dice to save your character, but I also won't fudge to cause extra damage, etc. I will, however, design challenges decently above the party's level from time to time. So, who'se up for some hard mode fantasy rpg?
I be interested in joining. Here is a bit about me. My name is aaron, 39 yrs old. I have played sense 1rst edd d&d at age of 9. I have played Pathfinder for many yrs. I have also gm for last 6 yrs. My game style normally a 50/50 on rp and combat. I prefer sandboxes but I am open to AP. I like the gish style classes or straight arcane casters classes. If you have nay questions please ask. tyvm
sounds like my kinda game. I would love to play as a old school rpg player i have been missing this.
I would love to play if your willing to have someone who hasn't played the system before.
All- hi thanks for your interest. Aaron- This game will most likely focus more on combat and exploration, but hey you can do that while rping in character! Probably more of a 75/25 mix though. And the adventures will be of a fairly straightforward design. At least to begin with. Still interested? The Detective- Heck yes! You want to test your mettle? Terrence B- Of course! But I won't go easy on you just because you are new. The rules are available free online, but I do recommend you have the core rulebook.

Please mail me the application if you have one. Or your skype or discord so we can talk more.
I'm fairly interested in this, ive only really played 5th n 4th dnd as well as a small amount of pathfinder but most of the DMs ive had were incredibly forgiving and cushy or just zany and needlessly cruel (i.e. huge dragon at level 1 for no reason and no way to escape). I think a realistically hard challenge would be really fun so long as it doesn't turn into "HAHA NOW THERES 5 DRAGONS" type of gameplay. Message me on here or discord : Autoheroism  #4272
if the time could be pushed back to 10 pm est, you have a new player that loves challenges right here
I think I have enough players in the group for now. But if we can handle more or someone drops out I will let you know. Tim M.- no it won't be HaHa there's 5 dragons now hard. ShadowlessCloud- time change could happen, possibly. Depends on my work schedule.
