I found the cause of the long-standing bug that causes the blue Save Changes button to disappear from your notes! It forces you to copy all your work to the clipboard and re-paste it after reopening a Note/Handout. When you try and extend the height of the note file at the top of the screen, the button started sliding down off the window, and creates a scrollbar, but when you scroll down, save changes and Cancel are forever gone, leaving you with Archive and Delete Page. Now that we know the cause, hopefully, we can get a fix!
