Art I drag over doesn't show up

The maps and tokens I drag onto the tabletop will not show up for some reason. I really need help with this as I am going to be running a Rise of the Runelords campaign so any help is welcomed.

That happens to me sometimes too; usually I just pick another copy of the artwork and it works. I just assume there's some error with the original.

I'm trying to use the art search to access stuff in my art library and drag it over.

When i try to add a background map or tokens, it does not show up. When it does show up, i am unable to modify or move it and it follows over to any page i create. I have tried adding from my image library and the search sidebar.

Plus now if my players draw stuff I don't see it.

I'm having the same problem as Derek M. I have uploaded a token from my PC , and placed it on the tabletop. However, when trying to select it, it either doesn't move, or it opens a Picture Preview via Windows Photo Viewer. I can' t scale, or move, or rotate the token. I also uploaded it to my art library, and tried to do the same. The same results happen. Any troubleshooting advice would be much appreciated.

Christopher, please send me a join link and I will take a look. However, this sounds like something is going on on your end. There is nothing inside of Roll20 that would open a picture preview via Windows Photo Viewer that I am aware of.

I'm also having trouble with this. Every tile I try to drag onto the tabletop doesn't show up.

This seems to be a recurring issue as there are a number of now expired threads for this same topic. I am using the exact method used in the Getting Started video to try to upload maps and tokens and the images are not loading onto the screen, they are just being added to my library. This occurs regardless of whether I use Firefox or Google Chrome.

Hmm... Can you folks follow the 4 steps on this page? If the other steps don't improve thing, Step 4, the console log, might give a clue as to what is causing the issue.

Also, could you indicate what image you are trying to drag onto the tabletop? Something from the Marketplace, something you uploaded, or an external image?

It's an external image. I'm dragging the file directly from my My Pictures folder onto the screen, just as is shown in the Getting Started tutorial video, but that's just for the map. I've also attempted to place numerous tokens from the Art search (in fact, I've been doing the search for "goblin," just like in the video) and no matter which token I pick, dragging it over onto the screen does not cause it to appear on the map, even though holding down the mouse button pulls the image along with it (it just disappears when released). In addition, I already tried steps 1-3 on that list (before I tried switching browsers, having read for for solutions to the problem on threads similar to this one, of which there are quite a few...)
