LFP- Pokemon Eoso! A Pokemon Tabletop United Campaign

DM : Kyotita When: Every Other Thursday Time: ~6:30 Eastern Time Looking For Players! **I am Now looking for Players! The next planned session or 2(depending on how many join in that time)= making characters and finding out your first Pokemon. You can feel free to message me if you have any specific questions. But please have patience for a reply since I work 12+hours a day most of the time. However, I will get back to you ASAP if I get a message. Please only inquire if you feel you can make it to the *majority* of the sessions. Some adult material and language may come up from time to time but nothing I feel will justify 18+)** Story: Welcome to the old, mysterious, and storied region of Eoso! A continent SouthEast of Sinnoh region it is rumored to be the homeland of the first Pokemon Professors. Explore the mysterious region and discover its secrets. What mark will you leave...savior or villain? or will you simply pass through your life uneventfully as a farmer or other non adventure profession. Travel through a fully custom Pokemon region with lore and multiple paths galore and have a chance to catch all generations of Pokemon (and even a few surprises!). And as time goes on and you prove yourself in whatever you do you may even be able to visit other regions of old! We will be playing every other Thursday around 6:30 EST and will hopefully get started sometime in mid-September (as early as Sept.14 if I get enough folks to join). This will be a FREE game (if you want to donate you can but it's not required). I will be planning to be recording the sessions so only join if this does not bother you (it will be voice only at least). We will start with just me recording with a cam program but hopefully after the first few sessions we maybe could move to Twitch if folks are comfortable and everything seems to be going well. I enjoy looking back at old campaigns so this is something I most definitely will be doing. Recording helps me remember old sessions and improve as a GM. I will be posting them on my Youtube in parts likely. Who am I? I am a GM/DM and Player of 10+years and I have hosted my share of games from D&D 3.5, to Pathfinder, to World Of Darkness, To anime-based games, to TMNT. This will be my first Pokemon game (and first game hosted on roll20 so thats slightly intimidating) but I feel like I am plenty experienced to be able to handle all kinds of characters and story-lines. I hope to have some folks join! New players are welcome by the way! although I will admit this is not a game I would recommend for someone who has NEVER played ANY Tabletop/PnP game due to its complexity.
Interested but want a more longer campaign

A.I. said: Interested but want a more longer campaign Eoso is huge my friend and there are several arcs to find and carry out (the base story is equivalent to a real Pokemon game in length) And for all those curious check my external journal for some idea of the campaign (from an example char to some lore) https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/journal/2484915

By default a link such as https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/1234567/s ... is only visible to players already in the game, and only Plus and Pro subscribers can make their games visible to the public . The best way to handle this situation is to create a Looking for Group listing ; even if you do not enable it for viewing in the LFG Directory you can share the link with others and have a separate Listing Discussion forum just for those potentially interested in your game. As a bonus, anyone who posts to your game's Listing Discussion forum will have a big blue button by their username and all a GM has to is click 'Invite to Game' and an invitation will be sent their way. I hope this helps, happy gaming! :)

Oh hey, I posted looking for something like this four days ago :O Are you still open? The playercount says -1 so I think you're overbooked? =\
Yea were all filled up sadly. Thanks for your interest though and if we get any openings (anyone deciding to drop out or who cant show up for the scheduled games) would you be interested in me keeping you name on a list for an invite?
Yes please! I've been very interested in getting to PTU and learning how it works but there are SO FEW people that are looking to GM it. I stalk the Games page a lot trying to find something.
k will add you to list of interested
If there is enough members, would you consider DMing a second group?
Doubt I will have time for that, I work every day upwards of 12 hours other than Thursday and Friday and Friday I am not home typically
