When anyone rolls dice (tested with df and d6 so far), some or all connected players see an error like <player> attempted to make 1 rolls, but the results were never received. Is anyone else seeing this? Thanks Christopher Hatty
How were you making the roll? Were you manually inputting it, using a character sheet (which one), or using the tool bar on the left side of the map area?
using /roll commands in the chat window. Not sure if anyone tried the sheet rollers(we're using the Fate Core sheet). I cannot reproduce it alone this morning, but I do know I've run into it within the past month, not just last night. Also, FWIW, everyone DOES see the result of the roll.
It still sounds like a typo in the inputting of the roll. Is it only one person that it happens to (even if everyone sees it) or is it looking to be randomly happening to everyone in the group? If it is happening to only one person, might want to find out what they are inputting but if it is happening to everyone then it is time to breakout the troubleshooting steps which would include console logs and such. When it happens again, could you get a screen pic of it?
Randomly happening for everyone. Command typed was /roll 4df+n (where n is the bonus to the roll). But I also tested with d6. Did I mention I'm on the dev server? Perhaps it's just something there. I'll post more here if I can reproduce it. Thanks!
Drespar, here's a screenshot from a game we're playing right now on the Dev server: <a href="https://i.imgur.com/Rv5OdCh.png" rel="nofollow">https://i.imgur.com/Rv5OdCh.png</a> We're getting it from rolls made from both the /roll chat command, and from clicking on things on our character sheets.
