Ok, This is essentially a Dark Heresy Campaign using Rogue trader rules as I explain the setting this will hopefully make sense. Acolyte, You have been placed aboard The Drake Hunter a ship under the auspices of Rogue Trader Julius Arcturus on the orders of Inquisitor Ryland Kellis. You boarded the ship during the aftermath of the battle of the Darkstar, under the guise of surviving crew members of the Rowdy Kipper a ship destroyed during the battle. Due to losses aboard the Drake Hunter you've been integrated into the Drake hunter crew. Your mission is to investigate several potential heresies being committed aboard the ship while not drawing attention from the Rogue Trader himself, you are to assist as normal crew would with the running of the ship until you've gathered enough evidence to condemn Julius Arcturus and his house. Basically you will start as an acolyte of the inquisition with some ship experience, you will be using rogue trader character sheets/rolls with little to no starting gear or experience. You will be doing the duties of a crewman and acolyte aboard this ship. You will start off confined to the lower less secure decks of the ship and hopefully building up your assets and influence on board the ship to eventually run a spying operation on the Rogue trader and his immediate advisers. You will also get to visit planets and deal with insurgents aboard the ship from time to time based on events that occur in the primary Rogue Trader Campaign I am running. Eventually some amongst your number may become interrogators, may come to possess warrants of trade or may even become fully fledged inquisitors. You may decide to leave the ship you've been assigned to or you may be reassaigned to more pressing matters. So far we have a DM, 1 experienced player and 1 inexperienced player.
